Kristin Cavallari’s embracing life with gusto. She’s gone public with her new beau, Mark Estes. The announcement was made on Instagram, with a cozy selfie on February 27.
The photo was quite intimate. It showed the couple snuggled up under a thatched roof. Kristin, 37, captioned it with a white heart emoji and the words, “He makes me happy.”
Mark, who’s 24, reciprocated the affection. He reshared the post on his Instagram Story, adding two red hearts.
This new romance is a breath of fresh air for Kristin. It’s been nearly a year since she expressed a desire to “meet someone organically.” At that time, she confessed that her dating life was quite stagnant.
She’s a mom to three kids – Camden, 11, Jaxon, 9, and Saylor, 8. Their father is her ex, Jay Cutler.
In June, she shared her ideal man’s traits with E! News. “My perfect dream guy, honestly, is someone who is so just happy in their own skin just really secure,” she said. She prefers a “manly man,” one who can fix things around the house without needing to call for help.
She also appreciates an outdoorsy type. But most importantly, she wants someone who’s secure and rock solid in who they are. That’s where she’s at right now.
