One of pop culture’s most iconic homes is now up for sale as Kris Jenner lists the mansion made famous on Keeping Up With the Kardashians for $13.5 million.
The Hidden Hills estate, spanning 8,860 square feet with six bedrooms, became a central feature of the hit reality TV series. Fans will instantly recognize the home’s signature elements, including the black-and-white checkered foyer floor, the kitchen table where countless family moments unfolded, and the backyard that hosted lavish Kardashian-Jenner parties.
Kris and Caitlyn Jenner purchased the property in 2010, during Caitlyn’s transition period as Bruce. Over the years, it served as the backdrop for many milestones and memories for the family.
Sources close to Kris revealed the sale is a bittersweet decision, as the home holds deep sentimental value. However, she’s eager for a new owner to cherish it just as much.
While Kris hasn’t lived in the mansion for some time, it has housed other family members. Kim Kardashian stayed there while her own home was under renovation, and Rob Kardashian lived there with his daughter, Dream.
Kendall and Kylie Jenner were teenagers when the family moved in, and their bedrooms still feature custom closets and en-suite bathrooms. Kris’s primary suite is a standout with its fireplace, wet bar, gym, steam shower, balcony, and a closet that once housed her extensive Birkin bag collection.
The backyard, complete with a swimming pool, spa, and BBQ area, provided the setting for numerous KUWTK scenes. Real estate agent Tomer Fridman is handling the listing, marking the end of an era for this piece of reality TV history.
