The Key purpose of this role is to ensure development of key account customers, volume and market share targets are met.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Achieve Sales targets
- Identify opportunities and appropriate brands and packs recommended for specific outlets
- Carry appropriate packs/brands
- Pervasive presence of all products (presence in your face!)
- All special needs of key accounts taken care of by weekly or more regular calling, depending on the sensitivity of their needs
- Close reports developed with all key accounts by developing and maintaining personal relationships to ensure all issues are dealt with proactively
- Three months rolling promotional plans developed and executed
- Develop and execute adhoc plans
- Execute National promotions
- All coolers in all key accounts outlets are in immaculate condition and appropriate numbers
- All programmers agreed in annual business plans, are implemented according to plan in terms of timing, standards and cost
- Volume opportunities identified and addressed appropriately.
- Develop new key accounts
- Accountability, anticipation and satisfaction of customer needs in a viable and sustainable manner
- Accounts development
- Weekly stock updates for all key accounts
- Adhoc meetings to agree promos
- Review of orders for key accounts
- Weekly meetings with CEM to give updates
- Monthly meetings with all respective store managers
- Ensure all merchandisers represent the image of the business through appearance and conduct
- Ensure they are all trained on current merchandising standards

Minimum requirements:
- Education: Degree in Sales/Marketing or any related field
- Experience: 2 to 3 years sales and marketing experience in FMCG industry
