Barely 12 months after appointing his cabinet members, Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, has reshuffled his cabinet by deploying three commissioners to other ministries.
Makinde had named 22 cabinet members in July 2023 after he commenced his second term in office.
On Tuesday, the governor made a minor reshuffling of his cabinet with immediate effect.
The Commissioner in charge of the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Hon. Segun Olayiwola, was redeployed to the Ministry of Establishment and Training.
Also, former Commissioner for Trade, Industry, Investment and Cooperatives, Hon. Ademola Ojo, will replace Olayiwola at the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters.
Similarly, the former Commissioner for Establishment and Training, Hon. Adeniyi Adebisi, has been directed to resume at the Ministry of Trade, Industry, Investment and Cooperatives.
