Junior Sales Support

 
About You:

  • As a Sales Service Representative, you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills by building customer relationships at relevant levels and providing customer support for issues with maximum efficiency and accuracy. To be successful in this position, you will have 7+ years’ expeience in sales service and/or supply chain customer service and a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree. You will also have excellent organizational and project coordination skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage pressure to meet deadlines.

Required Experience: 

 

  • Background/Academic Qualification: University degree 
  • 7+ years Experience: Previous Sales Service and/or Supply Chain Customer Service Experience 
  • Foreign Languages: English and any local language relevant for role
  • Computing skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); SAP
  • Financial Skills (quotes/ pricing/ budgeting & forecasting processes)
