WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Ownership of the marketing budget (planning / phasing)
Analyse and track brand performance using the Nielsen & Data Orbis tool.
Champion consumer insights with Consumer Marketing Insights & Consumer Technical Insights teams
End to end P&L responsibility, including Sales & Operations management.
Leadership of several Innovation Projects – development of new mixes / launch into new categories etc.
Leadership of tactical plans: Introduction of new pack sizes / formats for existing mixes
Developing & executing Inspiring brand communications
Interface with Business Team, GTM & Investor Boards and Performance Leadership Team
Leading Integrated Brand Planning process
Management of the Brand’s overall strategy and plan
Crafting purpose and bringing your brand to life through this
Key relationships: Customer Development, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Consumer Market Insights, Research and Development, Finance Business Partners & Global and Local teams where relevant

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

Marketing / Sales related degree
3 – 5 years Brand related experience
FMCG experience

Skills

Project leadership and business acumen
Strong numeracy skills
Ability to deliver operationally, while thinking ahead of the long-term growth strategy
Cross-functional relationship management: Agencies, Customer Development, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Consumer Market Insights, Research and Development, Finance Business Partners
Strong levels of growth mindset – a self-starter with a winning and competitive mindset
Bias for action and drive – willingness to get things done with speed & efficiency, and comfortable working independently to deliver agreed goals.
Consumer and customer focus – curiosity, ability to uncover relevant insights and translate these into actionable plans.
Rigour and order – ability to identify important issues and work through complex problems in an accurate and in-depth way.
