Winock is a registered Nigerian company established in 2016, specialising in flexible and cost-effective equipment rent to own service for micro-businesses. We officially started operations in 2017, providing Solar equipment leasing services to customers such as phone chargers and barbers. In 2019, we switched to rent to own to enable our customers to own their equipment after a fixed time period. Over time, we expanded to include other types of equipment and we are fast gaining a market reputation as the leading equipment rent to own service provider for micro-businesses. We have significantly differentiated our rent to own service by being flexible and cost-effective.Job Description

Keep tracking outstanding debts through phone calls
Follow-up with ALL promises to pay in a timely fashion.
Contacting customers daily / weekly and informing them of their overdue loans.
Following up with customers daily/weekly on previous payment redemption date
Advising customers on the best payment options and negotiating suitable payment plans.
Thoroughly understands assigned portfolio and product
Responding to customer queries and escalating accordingly
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer account information
Reporting accurate customers feedback daily/weekly.

Requirements / Specification

Minimum Qualification: HND / B.Sc
2 years of work experience.
Previous experience in tele-collections or Customer Service will be an added advantage
Strong Written, Communication and Negotiation Skills.
Strong command of English Language and Hausa language
Agile, Teachable and willing to learn
Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong Listening skills
Persuasive, sales / marketing and analytical skills will be an added advantage.
