Client:     A renowned pharmaceutical and nutritional company is looking for Sales Administrator with experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector

Location        –    Ikeja, Lagos

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Receiving and processing purchase orders
  • Receiving and process sales orders online, or via phone and email.
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices and manage purchase orders
  • Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
  • Confirm customers’ information, issue invoices, relay order instructions and complete monthly sales reports
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Compiling monthly sales reports.
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.

REQUIREMENTS

  • HND/B.Sc in any field – (Business Administration)
  • Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel is a MUST)
  • Interest in calculation
  • Strong communication and time management skills

SALARY
N250,000 gross monthly
