Our client is a leading international brand in the food and beverage industry in the world. The company now wishes to recruit a Restaurant Manager.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will ensure the smooth running of the production process and ensure top class customer service. You will build, develop and motivate an effective team to guarantee success.
You must be a graduate with a minimum of 3 years’ management experience ideally gained from a reputable food organisation. A dynamic self-starter and lateral thinker who is committed to delivering excellent service standards, you must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and motivational skills. Commercially inclined, you will have excellent people management skills and be able to demonstrate capability in business management. You must be computer literate.
