Job Duties
The office assistant’s duties include but are not limited to the following:

Cleaning and organizing the office as well as maintaining office equipment
Monitor level of supplies and manage inventory
Perform receptionist duties when needed
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing
Organize office and assist staff in ways that optimize procedures

Requirements
Education:

SSCE, OND, NCE.

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in office assistance and administrative support.

Key Skills:

Organizational skill
Outstanding customer service
Strong attention to detail
Outstanding customer service
Ability to operate general office equipment
Basic computing skills.
