He or She is accountable for providing oversight and day-to-day leadership to senior analysts/analysts in managing and implementing business projects.
1. Strategy, Vision, and Leadership
Executes assigned strategic initiatives within work area
Assists in establishment of Firm’s financial strategies and ensures the preparation of Annual Budget for the firm by forecasting and anticipating requirements and trends
2. Client Management & Customer Service
Supervises and ensures all policies related to Client engagement and Customer Service are formulated and conformed with
Maintains healthy relationship with assigned clients leading high retention of client.
Assists the firm in recovering lost customers .and reactivating of non-active clients
Conduct a client satisfaction survey on all completed engagement quarterly
3. Business Development & Sales
Suggesting innovative ideas to the Management on process improvement.
Providing leads that will ensure introduction of new clients that can be billed annually.
Pipeline management to ensure generation of new opportunities
Generate referrals from of newly acquired clients
4. Team Development & Motivation
Ensure that Team Members are fully engaged and productive.
Supervises / responsible for quality work and activities of the team members and provide adequate coaching support for them.
Provide feedback to team member and to performance manager.
5. Compliance & Contracting
Ensures all compliance requirements are fulfilled before or immediately after commencement of engagements.
Prepares engagement letters that captures client needs and ensure all engagement letters captures client needs.
6. Project Management
Ensures all business proposals are prepared and submitted for prospects
Ensures all projects are carried out with timely and all deliverables covered
Maximize operational effectiveness
A Bachelor’s degree with second-class honors, upper-division (2:1) minimum in a Finance related discipline is preferable but not compulsory.
A minimum of five (5) – six (6) years of relevant work experience in the financial services sector.
Excellent business writing and reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrable financial acumen and experience in financial analysis, particularly the ability to interpret and analyse financial statements and corporate results, with keen attention to detail, would be an added advantage.
Pro-active, self-motivated and a proven ability to problem-solve.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Must have a can-do attitude and be dependable, innovative, and energetic.
Must be flexible enough to pick up new tasks and responsibilities.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build relationships across countries, and cultures.
