Job: Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant [Graduate Trainee] at Infinion Technologies

We are looking for a Graduate Trainee Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant who will be responsible for supporting the implementing, customizing, and providing of support for Dynamics 365 modules. This person will support the day-to-day functional application support for clients.

  • Assist with Consulting – covering all aspects, including presales and sales, product demonstrations and implementation of primarily Dynamics 365 CRM applications.

  • Work with sales and presales teams to prepare proposals, participate in client presentations, and support business development and the sale of professional services when necessary

  • Documenting ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping documents

  • Work with team to liaise with prospects / clients to understand business requirements

  • Assist in requirements gathering sessions, design specification documents and work with the lead to perform tasks such as configuration, testing, data manipulation and documentation.

  • Creates the functional and technical specifications documentation for the project

  • Research specifications for customizations, data migration, and system integrations

  • Assist with the configuration and customization of the CRM system based on design specifications

  • Research and assist with the development of test plans and scripts

  • Research and assist with system and end-to-end testing of the application

  • Work with the lead on design review sessions with the customer to demonstrate completed work and gather adjustments and changes

  • Research on complex Dynamics CRM business cases, propose, and assist with the implementation of comprehensive solutions based on CRM, 3rd parties and customizations

  • Assist with the Installation, setup, and configuration of dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

  • Research data migration from external systems into dynamics 365 CRM

  • Work with the lead to demonstrate expertise in Industry areas of focus, contribute to development of Industry solutions

  • Research and assist in the migration from a legacy system to a newer version

  • Research configurations within Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform OOTB-functionality to implement business logic and automate business processes.

  • Assist in the delivery of product training in a classroom or on-site setting.

  • Support UAT with business users, capturing and reporting defects to the project to enable review, required remediation and re-test.

  • Maintain best practices in throughout Dynamics 365 projects

  • Keep abreast of new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends

  • Have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or a related field

  • Must be below 25 years old as at the time of this application

  • Display excellent communication skills, verbal and written

  • Knowledge implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and/or other CRM applications.

  • Knowledge of current business processes, issues, and technology related to the operation of a sales, marketing, and service departments within an organization

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytics Skills

  • Knowledge with process analysis, design, and implementation

  • Knowledge of technical/solution design document creation
