Job: Associate, Corporate Finance at First Ally

Our company is looking for an Associate, Corporate Finance to provide innovative financing solutions to meet clients’ medium and long-term financing needs; and to deliver these solutions speedily & professionally, whilst maintaining a good relationship with partners and clients.


  • Preparing pitchbooks, teasers and information memoranda
  • Assisting in pitching for and obtaining advisory and arranging mandates
  • Maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Managing DFI & ECA relationships
  • Providing financial modeling and analytical services to help appraise transactions
  • Achieving set PBT and other key performance targets
  • Assist in preparing pitchbook, teasers and information memos
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Team Lead

  • First Degree – At least second class upper degree in finance or related courses
  • Professional certification – Membership of professional bodies such ICAN, ACCA will be an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 year’s experience in a bank or other financial institution, at least 3 of which must have been in corporate/ project finance.
