Job: Architect at Choice Talents NG
Our client operates in the Production and Construction industry and is looking to hire the services of an:
Designing and supervising projects
Travelling regularly to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings
Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
Developing and presenting project proposals
Providing professional back-up to the Head Marketing Services
Providing professional back up to the Head Production / Factory Operations
Providing strategy that will contribute to the development of the product/services
Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects
Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists
Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts
Specifying the requirements for the project
Degree in Architecture or a related field with 3-5 years work experience.
Previous experience as an Architect.
Excellent knowledge of interiors and decorative ceilings
Excellent technical drawing skills.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
Strong creative and visualization skills.
Willingness to intermittently work as or cover for Project Manager & Back-up to the marketing team
