Job: Administrative / Personal Assistant to the Managing Director at Supersaver Supermarket

Location: Shangisha – Magodo, Lagos

Functions

  • Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Assists in HR /Admin Functions
  • Any other functions that may be assigned.

Specifications

  • HND / B.Sc Degree in Arts / Secretarial Studies, Social Sciences and allied disciplines.
  • 2 – 4 years of experience as a Secretary /Personal Assistant in a coroprate setting
  • Computer skills are essential. Good knowlegde of excel is important
  • Candidates must be calm, organized, knowledgeable, peaceful, very intellegent with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Succesful candidates should be able to resume immediately.

Salary
N60,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
