Jennifer Hudson and Common’s romance is now in the limelight. It all started when they decided to go public with their relationship.
Common was a guest on “The Light” artist’s show, “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” in January. The topic of conversation? Romance, of course. And boy, did he drop some juicy hints about his love life.
His girlfriend, he hinted, is an EGOT winner and hosts a talk show. It wasn’t hard to guess he was talking about Jennifer. She found it amusing to see the audience piece together the clues.
“Is that what you got?” she playfully asked on the Feb. 27 episode of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”. She added, “because I thought he was dating Whoopi Goldberg.” A little humor never hurt anyone, right?
Some might think it’s tricky to interview a significant other on TV. Not Jennifer, though. She doesn’t see it that way.
She confessed, “I find it more difficult to interview someone I’m a huge fan of.” She’s a fan of most of her guests, naturally. That’s when she gets the jitters. She prefers interviewing people she’s familiar with. It feels more like a conversation to her.
