Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck continue to show their commitment to co-parenting by supporting their son Samuel’s love for basketball. Recently, Garner and her 10-year-old son were spotted sitting front row at the Los Angeles Lakers vs. Golden State Warriors game, while less than a month earlier, Affleck took Samuel to the 2023 Ruffles NBA All-Star Celebrity Game. Despite their separation in 2017, the two seem to have their co-parenting skills perfectly in sync.
Garner and Samuel made the most of their quality time by taking selfies from their courtside seats and sharing hugs in between quarters. The mother-son duo held hands for good luck as they rooted for the Warriors, and Samuel even wore a blue-and-gold Stephen Curry hoodie layered over a matching shirt to show some major team spirit. After the game, they had the opportunity to hang out with and hug NBA legend LeBron James.
In addition to Samuel, Affleck and Garner share two daughters, Seraphina and Violet. Garner brought Violet as her date to the White House state dinner on Dec. 1. Despite their busy lives and careers, the former couple has remained committed to putting their children’s happiness and well-being first.
It’s heartwarming to see Garner and Affleck setting aside any differences they may have had to come together to support their son’s love for basketball. With their co-parenting skills in perfect sync, it’s clear that their children’s happiness is their top priority.
