The major news at Manchester United right now is the future of Marcus Rashford, with the star having now been listed for sale.
United’s academy graduate is one of the club’s priority sales over the coming months, with his £325,000 weekly wage and lack of focus on his on-pitch performances being some of the primary reasons for his sale.

Speaking on Sky Sports, Jamie Carragher was asked about how significant a move it was by Ruben Amorim to leave Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho out of the squad for the Manchester Derby.
In response, the Liverpool legend commented: “It’s significant in the fact that early on you see this with most managers wanting to send a message to the squad about standards at the football club.”
He continued: “In some ways it feels a bigger decision than it actually is because it sends a big message ‘he’s left Marcus Rashford out’.
“I mean, is Marcus Rashford in the best eleven really?
“How good is he?
“You know, we’re not talking about some world-renowned superstar here.
“I actually thing we talk about Marcus Rashford too much if I’m being totally honest.
“He’s been a good player, he’s not a great player, but he’s been a really good player for Manchester United.
“It is time for him to leave the club.
“But whether there’ll be any takers with the wage the lad’s on and things like that, who knows.
“I think a parting of ways is inevitable at some stage and I think for Manchester United and Marcus Rashford, the quicker that comes, the better”.
It seems that the former England international believes that this is the end of the road for Marcus Rashford at Manchester United.
Jamie Carragher saw a lot of highly talented stars leave his own club when he was playing at Liverpool, so it could be why he sees the writing on the wall for the United attacker.
