Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, peripherals, and software.
Independently analyse, communicate, and solve technical problems.
Work with minimal supervision, using initiative and judgment.
Resolve incidents efficiently and work with vendors on technical issues.
Ensure seamless interconnectivity of desktop computers with diverse systems.
Collaborate with procurement to purchase hardware and software.
Qualifications:
Internation MCSE, MCSI, or MCITP qualifications.
Grade 12 or equivalent.
MS Certification.
