As an IT- Infrastructure Engineer you will play a vital role in designing, deploying, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring its smooth operation and adherence to security standards.
Responsibilities
Design and deploy secure and reliable IT infrastructure systems, including Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012/2016, and similar technologies.
Configure and troubleshoot a variety of network printers, keeping workflows running smoothly.
Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, efficiently resolving issues through the helpdesk portal.
Install and configure network devices like L2/L3 switches, routers, access points, RF devices, and more. Familiarity with fiber network infrastructure is a plus.
Oversee, manage, and commission new IT projects to ensure successful implementation.
Leverage your knowledge of CCTV installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning (a plus).
Qualifications
B.Sc. or HND in Computer Science or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT project handling & CCTV project handling (a plus)
Strong understanding of network infrastructure concepts and technologies.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
