ISP Sales Account Manager (JB4938)
Minimum Requirements:
- Own Reliable Vehicle and Laptop.
- Matric (Grade 12) and tertiary education in Sales Management
- 5 years in ISP Sales
- Demonstrated expertise in sales management within the ISP sector
- Deep understanding of major brands like Huawei, TP-Link, and Reyee
- Extensive understanding of networking technologies, including switching, routing, FTTH, Wi-Fi, and related systems
- Ability to professionally address and resolve clients’ technical challenges
- Have the ability to introduce and integrate the company’s brand and products into client businesses
- Strong market competition analysis skills and the ability to craft targeted ISP business strategies
- Willingness to travel within Gauteng, with occasional national or international trips
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute impactful sales strategies to drive growth in the ISP market
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with ISPs to increase market share and brand presence
- Technical Support: Provide expert assistance to clients facing networking challenges, ensuring professional and efficient resolution
- Market Analysis: Conduct detailed competitive analyses to identify new opportunities and refine business strategies
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to deliver superior customer satisfaction and address technical inquiries effectively
- Reporting: Regularly update senior management on market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance metrics
- Travel: Meet clients in-person and attend industry events as required to foster business growth
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall revenue growth
