Street Fighter 6 has been slow rolling their new costumes so far, but knowing Capcom and what they did with the previous game, there’s probably going to be many more to come in the future.
One of the more popular additions for Street Fighter 5 were unsurprisingly the Swimsuit outfits for the ladies, and we may have been given a little preview of what they could look like in Street Fighter 6 as well.
SF6 Director Takayuki Nakayama recently shared some unused concept art for the game as well as some exclusive merchandise for the game’s special attraction coming to the Lagunasia amusement park in Japan with one image catching the eye of fans.
Among the bits of merch was a post of keychains for each of the playable ladies in Street Fighter 6 in their own unique swimwear that could easily be converted into actual in-game costumes as DLC.
Cammy, Chun-Li, Kimberly, and seemingly Juri are all in sexy bikinis while Manon, A.K.I., and Marisa are wearing some pretty revealing one-piece suits and Lily wearing jean shorts and a crop top over her swimsuit.
Chun-Li’s does look a little similar to both her Vacation and Swimsuit costumes in SF5, but each of these does appear to be a new design.

Considering Capcom released Swimsuit outfits for all the SF5 girls up through even Rose and Akira in Season 5, getting them in SF6 seems more like a matter of when and not if.
Nakayama obviously doesn’t say, however, that these designs will ever make it into the game itself, so they could still go in a different direction too.
Considering Capcom has been pretty mum on new costumes after Outfit 3 (and the DLC character ones coming with Akuma), the earliest we’ll probably see new additions to purchase would be this Summer after the demon’s arrival, which would fit right into the theme too.
Maybe they’ll even keep it fair this time and even give all of the guys their own beach / swimming attire too.
