Chairman of the Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) Cross River State chapter, Engr. Effiom Edet Okon, has congratulated Barr. Alphonsus Ogar Eba, State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), on the occasion of his 49th birthday.
He praised the good relationship that has existed between him and the APC chief over the years, adding that Barr. Alphonsus Eba is a positive influence and inspiration to many.
The IPAC Chairman therefore prayed the Almighty God to bless Barr. Alphonsus Eba with many more years in good to continue to offer valuable service to the fatherland.
