Invoicing Administrator – Westlake at Cape Herb & Spice

Key Functional Duties:

Assist in loading sales orders as required (manufacturing entity)
Attend to email replies/queries.
Ensure all invoicing is done accurately and timeously.
Resolve Invoicing queries including discrepancies between customer GRN and our invoices.
Filing and maintenance of POD’s.
Assist with credit notes and re-invoicing.
Ad hoc duties include assistance with stock counts when necessary.
Assist with AP processing.

Required Prior Learning/ Experience

1 Year financial tertiary education such as a bookkeeping course or accounting diploma
Grade 12 certificate with Accounting and Pure Maths
Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role

Required Knowledge and Skills

Computer literacy with MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential
Internally motivated with the ability to work within deadlines with limited supervision
