Process and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Conduct regular quality check on products and materials.
Organize and optimize store spaces to accommodate inventory efficiently.
Utilize inventory management software and tools to streamline processes.
Maintain and update records.
Count materials, equipment, merchandise or supplies in stock.
Receive and inventory stock.
Distribute or stock merchandise.
Report discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and making recommendations for disposal or clearance.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely receipt and delivery of goods.
Prepare inventory reports for management, including stock levels, ordering trends, and financial summaries.
Identify and resolve any inventory-related issues or discrepancies before they become problems.
Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts for inventory levels and costs.
Ensure that inventory storage areas are clean, organized, and secure.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience in accounting and inventory management, with at least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing company.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in financial and inventory software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to adapt to changing financial environments and priorities.
