Objective
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software, as well as providing technical support to end users.
Responsibilities
Assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software.
Provide technical support to end users by responding to requests for assistance and resolving technical issues.
Assist with network administration, including setting up user accounts, configuring network settings, and troubleshooting network issues.
Assist with system backups and ensure data is securely stored.
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
Assist with the development and implementation of security measures.
Research and recommend new technologies to improve system performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
Experience with network administration.
Ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
