Infinix Zero 5G Launch In India
Infinix Mobile has been hard at works on its first-ever 5G phone for quite some time now. However, the Hong Kong-based smartphone company has been keeping mum on its plan to bring a new 5G-enabled handset into the market. Not too long ago, some alleged Infinix Zero 5G live images popped up on the internet, giving us a glimpse of the smartphone’s design. Now, a report by MySmartPrice has shed more light on the Infinix Zero 5G smartphone’s launch timeline in India.
Industry sources have confirmed to MySmartPrice that the Infinix Zero 5G will launch in India soon. Aside from that, the sources claim that the 5G-ready phone will pack a Dimensity 900 processor under the hood. Moreover, the phone will adopt an eye-catching Uni-curve design. Its display will reportedly offer a refresh rate of 120Hz. Past leaks suggest that the Infinix Zero 5G will come with a bezel-less display that has a punch-hole notch. In addition to that, the phone is likely to feature a triple camera set up and LED flash at the back.
Furthermore, the phone could be available in two color options. The volume button will be available on the left side. Likewise, the right edge will house the power button. Also, some reports suggest that the power button will serve as the fingerprint scanner as well.
A hands-on video revealing the Infinix Zero 5G smartphone’s specifications surfaced on the web last month. The hands-on video suggests that the upcoming Infinix phone will sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ (1080 x 2460 pixel) resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Aside from that, the screen will feature a punch hole notch in the center to house the selfie camera. Under the hood, the phone packs an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor, along with a Mali G68 GPU. Moreover, this processor uses a 7nm fabrication process and supports 5G connectivity.
In the photography department, the Zero 5G will house three rear-mounted cameras featuring a 48MP main sensor. In addition to that, the handset will reportedly feature an ultra-wide-angle lens, along with a telephoto sensor at the back. Regrettably, details about the resolution these sensors will offer are still scarce. However, the leak claims that a robust 5,000mAh battery will be powering up the entire system. This cell will reportedly support 33W fast charging. Furthermore, the Zero 5G could run Android 11 OS with a layer of XOS skin on top.
