Indigenous Football Club to get brand sponsorship from C'river Garment Factory

A Cross River indigenous football club, ‘Hope of Glory Football Club’, has concluded arrangements for a packed sponsorship deal with the Cross River State Garment Factory to produce their official jerseys.

In a statement released by the Chairman of the Club, Apostle Joshua Umoh who also is the General Overseer of Hope of Glory Church, stated that it became necessary for the club which he started from scratch 8 years ago, to align with the administration of Sen. Prof. Ben Ayade, in complementing his youth driven agenda in the State.
The Chairman noted that the club has grown in strength to over 85 players who are young talented men, selected across board and given a sense ofdirection in life, away from social vices and other societal distractions.
“His Excellency is after Youth development, and this is our own way of developing youths in the State. He may not really know what we are doing but we have to do and not until we go to him and we know one day he will see”, Umoh reiterated.
