The Paradise Police Department arrested Paradise resident Terry Prill, 67, for allegedly exposing his genitalia in and around the parking lot of the Paradise Plaza Shopping Center on Friday.
According to a release from the department, a woman called the police after seeing Prill expose himself to people in the area. The release further stated that when officers showed up, Prill exited his vehicle with his genitals exposed.
Using information provided by the woman who reported the incident, Paradise police officers were able to connect Prill to an earlier incident of indecent exposure that also took place at the plaza parking lot.
“That case is being updated and sent to the District Attorney’s office with a request for prosecution,” stated the release.
