Inbound Sales Specialist
So, what will you do?
- As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for iKhokha and, contributing to the expansion of our customer base. Yip, that means selling our super slick card machines!
- Your key responsibilities will include not only closing sales but also elevating our customer experience to new heights.
In addition to the above, you will:
- Make cold sales calls from databases and/or lists/referrals.
- Sales calls from warm leads from various marketing channels and activities.
- Ensuring daily KPI’s are met.
- Talk time and dials are met daily.
- SLA’s are met for every client.
- Ensuring all applications are complete and submitted timeously.
- Liaising with clients and other departments within the business to ensure the clients is serviced timeously.
- Communication with all clients on all platforms are done timeously.
Qualifications
- Completed Matric/Grade 12
Deal Breakers:
- 1 – 2 years call centre experience.
- 2 – 4 years sales experience.
- Business to business sales expertise.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
- Experience in using a CRM tool.
- Previous exposure to Hubspot will be advantageous.
