About the Role

The Ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of a variety of channels.
You will ensure timely delivery and distribution of goods from and to vendors and suppliers.
You should be comfortable with change, as you would be entering the company at an exciting phase of iterative development based on customer feedback and rapid growth.

Your specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintaining constant contact with vendors and freight forwarders while deliveries are on route
Follow up with vendors to solve documentation and invoicing issues that could delay critical deliveries
Unload, segregate, and inspect goods from supplies and vendors in terms of quantity and quality
Check received items as stated by the warehouse team against the suppliers packing list
Prepare necessary documentation required for defective and or damaged products in coordination with the finance team
Ensure products received are kept in their respective stations
Performing other duties as assigned by the line manager
