Manchester United are scouring not just Europe, but even further afield to strengthen their squad and build ongoing success at Old Trafford.
Their recent recruitment drive resulted in the signing of “generational talent” in Leny Yoro, the world-class centre-back Matthijs de Ligt, as well as Noussair Mazraoui, Manuel Ugarte and Joshua Zirkzee.
That’s not to mention the exciting youngsters that have been brought in, with the likes of Chido Obi-Martin, Samuel Lusale and Sekou Kone.
Now, United are looking at their next dip in the transfer market, with players like Alphonso Davies, Viktor Gyokeres, Rayan Ait-Nouri and Chris Rigg on their list of targets.
However, The Red Devils are also looking to South America, with players like Franco Mastantuono high up on their priority list.

Now, one of their other South American targets has spoken out amid interest from Europe.
Manchester United target Fluminense wonderkid Kaua Elias
Kaua Elias is slowly working his way into the Fluminense first team, helping them to fight for a place in the Copa Sudamericana.
In 37 appearances this season, the 18-year-old striker has helped by scoring six goals and grabbed two assists since being promoted from the Fluminense youth academy.
GiveMeSport has reported that the striker is starting to attract interest from Europe, with Napoli, Bayer Leverkusen, Real Sociedad, Everton and Fulham all joining United in scouting the young star.
However, a recent interview from Elias has cast doubt on the star moving to Europe in the near future, with the 18-year-old focusing on Fluminense’s fight to avoid relegation.
Speaking to reporters, Elias commented: “Of course I want to stay at Fluminense.”
He continued: “I’m very grateful to the club for everything it has given me and continues to give me.
“It’s a huge club that I’ve always dreamed of playing for. And, the future, we don’t know what might happen. But I leave that in the hands of my agents, who I know are managing my career well.
“I really want to play in Europe. But, right now, I am focused on Fluminense. I’m focused on performing better, on helping the team get out of the relegation zone and get as high as possible in the table, whether that’s scoring or providing an assist.”
Whilst Elias is pledging his short-term future to the Brazilian side, he certainly hasn’t closed the door on the prospect of United, giving The Red Devils hope for the future.
