Human Capital System Administrator – VKB Human Capital, Douglas
Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring that the Human Capital administrative function supporting onboarding, cross boarding and offboarding are performed according to standard on different systems used.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years in an administrative environment
- Proven experience of MS Office package.
- Knowledge and experience of Sage 300 (PEOPLE) will serve as a recommendation.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF Equivalent.
- Formal Microsoft Training Certificate.
- A Human Capital related certificate/ qualification will be a definite advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the kickoff process with onboarding on new employees.
- Responsible for checks, controls and archiving onboarding documentation.
- Assist with the accurate creation of employee profiles on internal Payroll system.
- Responsible for electronically archiving all cross-boarding documentation.
- Electronic distribution, collection and archiving offboarding documentation.
- Assist Human Capital Team with ad- hoc administration
Skills Required
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within agreed timelines.
- Able to maintain integrity within a Human Capital environment is essential.
- Ability to work in a pressurized and time-critical environment.
- Able to work as part of a team and value self-development.
