Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to lead our talent acquisition and talent management initiatives. This role combines strategic recruitment with employee development programs to build and maintain a high-performing workforce. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences, from recruitment through career development, while implementing best practices in talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Partner with department heads to understand human resource needs, and create human resource
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
Negotiate job offers and manage the closing process
Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies using various channels
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards
Talent Management:
Develop and implement employee retention strategies
Create and maintain career development frameworks
Design and coordinate performance review processes
Identify skill gaps and create targeted training programs
Lead succession planning initiatives
Employee Experience:
Design and execute employee onboarding programs
Create and maintain employee engagement initiatives
Develop and implement succession plans
Organize employee recognition programs
Analytics and Reporting:
Prepare monthly/quarterly recruitment and retention reports
Analyze hiring trends and provide strategic recommendations
Monitor recruitment costs and maintain hiring budgets
Generate analytics for workforce planning
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience in HR, specifically in talent acquisition and management
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent development strategies
Talent sourcing, excellent interview techniques and candidate assessment
Understanding of employment law and HR compliance requirements
Proven track record of successful recruitment campaigns
Strong analytical and report-writing skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in workplace tools; Google, Zoho , etc
