Job Summary

  • Manages the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensures data accuracy, integrity, and security across all employee records.
  • Handles employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and exit interviews, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees.
  • Administers benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans, while assisting employees with benefit inquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Maintains compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies, keeping abreast of any changes to ensure HR processes remain legally compliant. •Provides support for HR-related inquiries, employee concerns, and conflict resolution, acting as a liaison between employees and management when needed.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes, improve efficiencies, and implement system or policy enhancements.
  • Oversees the management of employee records, ensuring all documents are up-to-date, confidential, and compliant with data protection regulations.
  • Facilitates employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and recognition programs, to foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements
