Responsibilities
Manage and maintain HR information systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Analyze HR data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
Generate reports and dashboards for management review.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
Provide training and support to staff on HR systems and processes.
Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with vendors for technical support.
Develop and document standard operating procedures related to HR information systems.
Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification Relevant 3 Year HR Degree / HR BTech Degree
2 to 3 years in a Human Resources Information Practitioner or Payrol role is essential Experience in a Hospital / Hospital environment will be advantageous
Experience on the SAP HCM is essential
