RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage, coordinate and administer employee benefits, pension fund, disability and /or death claims, retirement, maternity leave and related processes, UIF and Injury on Duty (IOD’s).
Provide payroll with all HR related documents for payments and capturing of employee information onto SAGE People;
Updating of HR records;
Monthly HR reporting;
Handle staff queries, provide general advice and guidance;
Liaise with external stakeholders with regards to HR related tasks/projects;
Ad Hoc administrative duties as may be required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Matric/Grade 12 coupled with an HR Certificate/Diploma or related qualification is required.
Proven working experience of at least 1 – 2 years in a corporate environment is essential;
Strong administrative skills is essential;
Experience with SAGE 300 People will be advantageous;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
Sound knowledge of MS Excel, MS word and MS Outlook is essential.
Knowledge and understanding of HR legislation.
