This is a full-time HR & Admin role at Syx Labs.
As an HR & Admin, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, performance management, and personnel management.
This is a hybrid role, based in Lekki, but with the flexibility to work remotely when needed.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain HR systems, policies, and procedures to support our growing organization.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and stay up-to-date on any changes that may impact the company.
Coordinate employee training and development programs, identifying opportunities for growth and skill enhancement.
Oversee day-to-day employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive work environment.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
Collaborate with management to establish and maintain competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Continuously assess and improve HR processes and systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of creating and implementing HR systems and processes.
Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage employee relations.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for shaping the future of HR systems.
