Where to Find Shogun X in Fortnite Chapter 6
Unlike the Night Rose boss, there is no designated location for this deadly samurai in Fortnite. The only way to find this boss in this Fortnite chapter is by following your Chapter 6 map. Open your map when you want to raid the Shogun X boss and find the Oni mask on the map. Mark the place, and there, you will find the Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 Shogun X boss.
Once you defeat him, you will get some mythic weapons while the boss escapes to another area. To get to this area, you must raid the golden version of the Oni Mask from your map. This will be a floating Island on top of where it appears on the map. Once there, you will find the Shogun X in front of a teleport.
How to Defeat Shogun X in Fortnite Chapter 6
Before you start your fight against the Shogun X boss, remember it has three key attacks that can slice through you. The first is a slash attack, where he comes forward and cuts through an area. You can simply walk on the sidewalk to dodge this attack.
The second attack, which was his teleport attack is hard to dodge. After teleporting, he will either slash or use massive Oni Mask spam. You should raid him with a full shield to avoid getting knocked. Now that you have an idea of his attacks, here’s how to attack him.
Well, I suggest you take the Oni Shotgun with you for a ton of headshot damage. Target Shogun’s head for the maximum damage. Keep moving around to avoid any AOE damage he does.

Fortnite Shogun X Boss Fight Rewards
Defeating the normal Shogun X boss will give you a Fire Oni Mask, Boon, and other Mythic Weapons. However, once you defeat the Fortnite Chapter 6 Shogun X boss from the floating Island, you will get Wanderer Medallion and Golden Typhoon Blade as well. This Medallion will grant you infinite stamina and invisibility while sprinting.
However, once you have the Medallion, beware of other players trying to hunt you for it. So, have enough loot for the boss fight and the players coming after you right after the fight. Shogun X is one of the hardest boss fights in Fortnite yet.
