Today we’d like to introduce you to Federico Sanna.
It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
When I was 24 I turned an unknown tax law firm in the south of Italy into a 600 clients giant conglomerate in one year and an industry superstar thanks to a new marketing system and implementing a proper sales process I learned from selling high ticket softwares. This system made us substitute all the low paying clients with high ticket clients, using our time to make more profits and work less. I was the marketing director of a very unsuccessful small tax law firm in a small city. We had 15 clients and were making right under 300k a year, but they needed to pay employees, associates and… Tax. So not a lot of money. After spending nights awake and thousands of dollars in coaching and courses in America I built a hybrid system that made us famous, attract better clients, charge higher price and have everybody speak about us. We got 600 clients in less than 1 year.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
I tried everything that was possible following the “marketing laws” for lawyers. It wasn’t easy at all. I tried with Google SEO, Google Ads, Linkedin, lead generation funnel and Facebook ads but nothing has worked. My goal was to grow this firm. But no matter what I tried, we would attract low paying clients, clients that were just curious or wanted a “free” quote. We even hired 2 different agencies and one famous “guru”. But we got scammed. Most agencies are very bad at what they do. They have no specialization in one industry, they are a jack of all trades. So overall we had a very bad experience. After spending so much time and energy into the business I was directing the marketing for, I discovered the secrets of what really works for lawyers. And to be honest, this is a very old marketing strategy. I published a digital report that people could download for free, advertised it and that little report brought the law firm to 600 clients and 50 associates working with us in 12 months. After 12 months we found ourselves working in a big big full Italian marble and Italian wood office and the news talking about us. I literally positioned the business as a major authority in the market and made the 50 years old owner retire forever.
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
After my experience with growing a law firm I trained a team that substitutes me. I created a consulting agency that specializes in helping law firms substitute low paying clients with high ticket clients, that are way more satisfying and easy to work with, get at least 15 high paying clients a month and become the local superstar in just one month thanks to my proprietary strategy. I guarantee the results with my signature on the deal. We developed our proprietary patented system that nobody can steal, we have our own CRM that eases the lives of the secretaries (we give it for free to our clients) and the lawyers and we teach the lawyers how to sell elegantly. We currently have over 20 clients all over Europe and we are expanding to the whole world.
What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
My best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success is to divide your work and life into systems. Be organized. You can optimize a system and you can only scale through systems. I literally think success is only made thanks to simple and effective automatic systems. The more you automate, the more you can grow and work less. Success is easy if you have the systems working for you. You just need to figure them out and we can help you do that!
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
Success for me is waking up everyday feeling free and inspired. Not feeling forced to do anything. It’s not only about money, you don’t need to be a billionaire to be considered successful. You need to be free and satisfied.
What’s next for you?
I’m finishing to write my new book “Invisible Marketing”. A book that teaches lawyers and consultants how to think strategically of marketing and business, after my experience in generating over 35 million euros in revenue. Probably the missing piece of advice every lawyer never had. Lawyers do a great job, they save people, but they should now start thinking about their own business success. And this book is the guide for it.
