There's a controversial choreography that requires that the both hands are raised to the head level or above preferably and swayed to the right.
It's becoming the trending thing amongst lovers of music, choreography, etc. Public figures are acquiescing to the dance step. I can't tell the origin.
In Cross River some public figures are identifying with the entertainment trend.
