A.K.I., the poisonous newcomer to the world of Street Fighter 6, is a wacky, sinister, and very interesting character design. One might think all of her quirks would make her unpopular, but in fact, they not only make her a fan-favorite, but also lend themselves perfectly to the cosplay world.
Hiro_and_Hiro_ is an exceptional cosplayer who recently shared their interpretation of A.K.I. and quite frankly, this depiction is spot on.
Top to bottom, Hiro has every single aspect of this A.K.I. cosplay on point. The wild hair, the scale-clad outfit, the sharp-fingered gloves, and even the maniacal facial expressions are all amazingly accurate making for one of, if not, the best A.K.I. cosplay we’ve seen yet.
Even more impressive is the fact that Hiro is fully capable of striking some of A.K.I.’s painfully beautiful contortionist poses. In one photo, we see this excellent cosplayer lying on the ground with legs bent in a way that would surely be painful for the average person to attempt.
Hiro has other Street Fighter cosplay work as well, including several versions of Cammy. While Hiro’s other cosplays are definitely strong, this A.K.I. is just so insanely close to the source material.
