This is a full-time role located in Lagos.
As a Head Office Operations (Payments, Settlement, Account Management) professional, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing operations related to payments, settlement, and account management.
Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring and supervising payment processing activities, ensuring accurate and timely settlement of transactions, and managing customer accounts. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in operations management, specifically in the areas of payments, settlement, and account management
Strong knowledge of banking operations, payment systems, and regulatory requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using banking software and platforms
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Professional certifications in banking or related areas are a plus
