- The Strategy Director is responsible for delivering market leading strategies for local clients as well as contributing to new business pitches.
Mission & Responsibilities
Strategy
- Partner with client teams to drive best business outcomes and effective, innovative media plans for local clients
- Oversee a group of strategists
- Train and manage best practice delivery, on product and process roll out
- Coordinate and support Global Strategy teams on global and/or multi-markets clients
New Business
- Actively contribute to drive growth, both organic and new business
- Champion the strategic planning process within the new business process
- Suggest strategy based on solid insight in new business pitches
- Foster successful global pitch assignments in coordination with Global Strategy teams
Previous Experience & Industry Background
- 15+ years professional experience in strategic planning
- Media, Brand, Consultancy
Qualifications & Languages:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Advertising
- Languages: English (Advanced)
