Job Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and optimize all operational aspects of the organization.
Oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of operational projects and programs.
Develop and manage budgets, resources, and staffing for all operational functions.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by assessing and enhancing current operational processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with strategic goals.
Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards in all operational activities.
Report to the CEO and provide regular updates on operational performance and outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or related field with a minimum of 5years experience.
Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the health and social wellness sectors.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
