Job Overview:
- As the Head of Business, you will play a critical role in leading and driving the overall business strategy, ensuring the sustainable growth and profitability of the organization. You will oversee the key functions of the business such as operations, sales, marketing, and customer relations, while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and management.

Responsibilities
Business Development Strategies:
- Create and execute comprehensive plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify growth areas, devise strategies for new markets, and explore partnerships.
- Collaborate with sales agents and property owners for business expansion.
Revenue Growth and Profitability:
- Identify new revenue streams, optimize existing business models, and manage budgets to improve profitability.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust business strategies and offerings accordingly.
- Drive sales and marketing efforts to meet revenue targets and maximize profitability.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Engage in strategic networking and attend industry events, leveraging connections to expand the client base and enhance brand image.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery and engagement strategies.
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals with business objectives.
- Ensure operational efficiency through process improvement, cost management, and technology integration.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, clients, regulatory bodies, partners, and the community.
- Optimize the overall business and site development process using available resources.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Ensure that business activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Monitor risks and implement risk mitigation strategies, particularly in business operations and client relations.
Financial Management:
- Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and ensure accountability.
- Analyze financial reports and present insights and recommendations to the executive team.
Competencies:
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in a senior business management role, preferably within the real estate, investment, or finance sectors.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. MSc/MBA is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in business strategy development, operations management, revenue growth, and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster client relationships.
