Head of Brand and Content at Reliance HMO

The Head of Brand & Content will be a key member of the Marketing, Branding & Communications (B&G) team, responsible for brand awareness, high-quality content, engaging campaigns and concepts, and effective launches into new markets. You will report to the SVP of Brand and Growth.
The role is pivotal in the development of attention-seeking content for each phase of the funnel that successfully articulates our brand purpose and differentiates the brand

Key Responsibilities

Leading a team of professionals to deliver projects on brand, budget, and target dates successfully while acting as a mentor to ensure a steady, gradual improvement in their professional development
To conceptualize the offline and online creative direction of the brand identity and assets through all imagery, animations, video, photography, print material, content and editorial, influencing across all areas of the business and markets
Translate business strategies into integrated and effective go-to-market plans, campaigns, and experiences that fuel brand awareness and foster customer engagement
Ensure that a high quality of creativity is upheld with impeccable attention to detail backed by solid, articulated creative strategies
Responsible for the development and management of Reliance Health’s brand standards and content style guides, as well as the overall expression of the business’s identity in the content it puts out
Develop and oversee a highly effective integrated brand and content strategy that encompasses channel selection and focus, editorial governance, and metrics to be applied across our paid, owned, and earned media and aligned with the business’s overall objectives
Produce forward-thinking and engaging content for every phase of the funnel to support the continuous growth of all channels
Enable structured content creation capabilities through the implementation of models and processes to repurpose and produce content at scale
Implement measurement systems that actively measure, manage, optimize, and communicate the performance of the content against the divisional and business objectives and strategies
Partners with internal and external partners to represent core brand equities and governance; serves as ongoing equity champion to ensure brand continuity within and outside of the company
Ensure timely and informative communication takes place between the creative function and key stakeholders
Support the success of Field Marketing and Sales in all markets with localized offline and online assets
Continuously critique and develop new ideas to move the brand forward, building on our willingness to challenge the status quo and stay ahead of the competition
Work with the DL on distinctive and leading-edge projects
Set a tone of high standards, customer obsession, and data-driven disciplined decision-making
Analyze, report, and optimize content and activities based on ROI and, and sales effectiveness

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Design or a related field is a must
Minimum of 10 years of experience in branding, marketing, and/or communications
Experience managing and developing teams to deliver brilliant impactful concepts and campaigns through true collaboration
Strong analytical skills, showing deep interest in research and analysis of business-related content and the ability to calculate ROI on every bit of content produced
Time conscious and able to finalize projects within given time frames, exceptional organization and multitasking skills, ability to prioritize tasks, commercially driven with a desire to increase the consumer base through great content output is a must
A highly relatable individual with the ability to engage easily with people and build strong and long-lasting relationships, especially with key individuals such as senior executives and stakeholders, and the consumers
Hands-on designer with excellence in Adobe CS, including typography and other software used to produce content e.g., video and animation
Track record of developing innovative concepts and campaigns that have delivered tangible company growth
Exceptional writing skills to support the development of creative and effective campaign messaging
The ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively to break down problems and find effective solutions
Strong work ethic, sense of ownership, and emphatic management style
Excellent attention to detail and an intuitive eye for client needs beyond the obvious
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members at all levels
Strong communication skills
