This role is responsible for overseeing our safety and quality compliance programs. It is critical in ensuring that all our operations meet regulatory standards and maintain the highest levels of safety and quality.
Job Details
Here is a brief description of the key responsibilities and functions:
Monitor and ensure the company's operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including environmental, health, and safety standards.
Develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
Identify, assess, and manage compliance risks associated with the company's operations. This includes conducting regular audits and risk assessments to detect potential areas of non-compliance and implementing corrective actions.
Organize and oversee training programs to educate employees about compliance requirements and ethical standards.
Oversee the investigation and resolution of compliance-related incidents and breaches.
Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities, audits, and incidents.
Promote continuous improvement in compliance practices by staying informed about best practices in the industry and implementing innovative compliance solutions.
Ensures compliance with all relevant HSE regulations, standards, and permits, as well as maintain accurate records and documentation.
Develops & implements emergency response plans to address emergencies.
Requirements
First Degree in Science, Engineering or related field
ISO 450001:2018 and ISO 9001: 2015 Certification
Familiarity with HSE regulations like OSHA, ISO
Understanding of areas such as First Aid, CPR, and Hazardous materials handling
