Earlier this month, it was revealed that Manchester United are desperate to sell Harry Maguire in the January transfer window.
With his contract set to expire by the end of the season, the club want to offload him before he leaves on a free transfer.
United have the option to extend his contract until 2026 but are reportedly not interested in doing so.
Dan Ashworth has been formualting a plan to sell the centre-back, after the arrivals of Leny Yoro and Matthijs de Ligt.

However, Harry Maguire has decided to wait until Erik ten Hag is sacked before he makes a decision on his future.
Football Insider report that he has not considered entering talks over a new deal yet.
The 31-year-old wants to assess whether he will play a more important role under a new manager.
This season, he has only started three games in the Premier League and has played a full 90 minutes on just two occassions in all competitions.

Under Ten Hag, Maguire has largely been a rotational player and has not played as significant of a role as he did under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Upon the Dutchman’s hiring, Maguire was stripped of the captaincy armband and succeeded by Bruno Fernandes.
Despite his reliable utility as a squad player, United are still keen to sell the England international if the opportunity arises.
If Ten Hag survives as manager until January, Maguire may not get a say in his future at all.
He was signed for £80million in 2019, still a world record fee for a defender.
Today, Transfermarkt values the centre-back at just £15m.
However, with his contract expiring in seven months, United will look to take whatever they can get for Maguire.
