As a Growth Marketer at Wildfire, you’ll be responsible for crafting and executing marketing experiments, optimizing our sales funnel, and building growth strategies that amplify our impact.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement for Wildfire.
Own and optimize our website, social media, SEO, and content marketing efforts to increase visibility and attract clients.
Build and manage paid ad campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Implement email marketing, automation, and CRM strategies to nurture leads into paying customers.
Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve marketing performance.
Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to identify high-impact growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.
Optimize landing pages, sales funnels, and user onboarding processes to maximize conversions.
Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance to ensure Wildfire is getting the best ROI.
Create and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting growth progress and areas for improvement.
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance Wildfire’s marketing efforts.
Requirements
Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms like (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel, etc.).
Skilled in storytelling—able to craft compelling marketing campaigns that drive action.
Results-driven with a knack for testing and optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
Experienced in inbound marketing, SEO, paid ads, and lead generation.
Experienced in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Hands-on experience with SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media growth strategies.
Experience running A/B tests and conversion optimization campaigns.
Ability to implement marketing automation and CRM strategies.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
